I am THE WORST at night time hair routines.
In the case of last night, I took a shower, kept the towel on my head (the horror) and fell asleep on a cotton pillow while watching the newest Downton. My shitty sleeping habits aside I've noticed a big difference in my texture since cutting out the silk head wraps and occasional coconut braid outs.
My hair is dry as f***. but as in, deep conditioning once a week and still getting puffy dry spots and frizzy curls.
I'm going to make it my personal goal to remedy my crappy hair/sleeping routine.
